Who We Are

We are a winning competition BBQ and catering team and proud members of the Kansas City BBQ Society and a member of the KCBS 180 Club for our First Place BBQ Chicken and Brisket, we are also members of the Rocky Mountain BBQ Association.
For competitions we cook chicken, ribs, pork and brisket.
Our specialty for catered events is our pulled pork sandwich using our HOMEMADE Jo-Bawb's Rub and Award Winning Jo-Bawb's BBQ Sauce and side dishes that complete every BBQ event. Our unique service will delight your guests
with the aroma of barbequed pulled pork cooked ON-SITE over a select hickory wood fire on our custom smoker.
